Customer orders will take 3 to 15 business days depending on the request.
Shipping for all items will depend on the shipping method the customer has chosen during purchase.
If purchase products are returned within 14 business days after received and it is in perfect condition (in the same condition and in same package it was sent with the original price tag and no cutting or adhesive on products), a credit will be given towards future purchases or exchange request will be considered.
Credits will take up to five business days to process after merchandise is received. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items. A return form will be included in the original shipment which will have return codes and a section asking for further details.
If a credit request is rejected, items will be returned to customer at their expense. If a customer place an order and cancels before item is shipped, there will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
